Vogue Patterns Men's Robe, Belt, Top, Shorts, and Pants: This lined wrap robe features a front extending into a collar, extended shoulders, loops, and a self belt. The sleeves and pocket bands come in variations A, B, and C, with B and C also featuring bias piping. The top comes with a collar, while the shorts or straight-legged pants sit slightly below the waist in the front and have a bias drawstring with elastic and button fly. All pieces are finished with stitched hems. Recommended fabrics include broadcloth, challis, charmeuse, and seersucker, with cotton knit being the ideal lining for A and B. Not suitable for obvious diagonals, this pattern can be made with or without nap. Notions required include four 5/8" buttons for C and D, and one 1/2" button plus 1 1/2 yards of 1" elastic for E and F. Available in sizes MUU (34-36-38-40) and MXX (40-42-44-46), this pattern is rated as easy to sew. Suitable for figures shaped like a rectangle, hourglass, triangle, or inverted triangle.
